From post-prelims to pre-mains

The anxiety of guessing the probable magical digits every aspirant dies to know - "cutoff" - is now probably over. A score of 190+ seems to be a comfortable zone to get nerves onto the mains. Even if it it is not, the preparation must begin for the mains as there is nothing else one could do at present.
Having quoted the magical digits, the period of "post-prelims" has morphed into "pre-mains", with mind getting into an overdrive with 2 weeks gone just beating the bush to know what lies ahead.
The only thing that lies ahead is 93 days(Preparation) + 30 days(Revision) = 123 days to CS(M)E, all energies need to be re-gained to be beamed onto the preparations.
There is always a fear of failure. But it is this fear that makes you work hard and remain on-track.
This period will see almost 5% of time being whiled away in thoughts of "success" and "failure". And there is no way out - as being a human, the fear must exist. The only way to ensure "success" comes is by beaming the 95% time on preparations that will enable "success" to become obvious.
Afterall,
If you have hard work to do,
Do it now.
Today the skies are clear and blue,
Tomorrow clouds may come in view,
Yesterday is not for you,
DO IT NOW!
