The World Economic Forum released a 52-page report on "The Future of Government" on June 7, 2011. In words of the WEF:
".....a comprehensive series of reports which examine in detail the broad range of global issues it seeks to address with stakeholders as part of its mission of improving the state of the world...."
The report deals with topics including the Civil Services in 21st Century and Future Government Architecture. India finds limited mention in the Report, under "Open Government and Open Data" section w.r.t. RTI and Transparency and Accountability.
